Careful thought is given to temperament, breed type, structure, health and field ability in each litter I produce.
I strive to produce an Irish Setter that is a fabulous family companion possessing the beauty so inherent to the breed, the temperament that Irish are so loved for, and the talent to provide for the table.
I am active at shows and field trials/tests, and participate in the occasional obedience trial as time permits. My dogs live in the house with me as part of the family, and my litters are raised in the house as well.
Each litter is carefully evaluated as to its aptitude to compete in the field, obedience and/or show ring.
Prospective families are also asked to provide me with as much detail as possible about what they hope to find in a new pup, and are required to sign a contract which clearly outlines their future responsibilities to that pup and my responsibilities as the breeder.
With these factors in mind, I can determine if I've got the pup that you are looking for.
